All he has to do is build a pipeline from the Tar sands to Churchill, and instantaneiusly that oil will become clean enough. Politicians love to talk but action gets things done.

As for chromite and S.Africa, in a way it is good that they are supplying 80% because with their problems we, I mean the Ring, stand out like a red flag to a bull. Come and get me!
