Maureen, forgive me for saying so because you know that I have no allegiance to Cliffs whatsoever, but this sounds to me like the hedge fund, Casablanca who is claiming they got ripped off. And I have a hard time feeling sorry for a hedge fund as they are usually the ones who do the ripping off. But if I am wrong here, please correct me.

It appears that the 2nd lawsuit, as it is a class action, is more for the common shareholder. That's good if Cliffs has misled them but if they misled Casablanca, I'm almost patting them on the back.

Almost..... but not quite. They're all bandits. And the OSC helps their cause, it would seem.
