I don’t believe KWG ever had the intension for the RR to increase its value. I think Frank always had it in his mind that this is how FN will be paid & staking the claims were just meant to put a “hold” or “reserve”. on the route until the gov’t would listen, & create the port authority corporation. Even if it was done illegally, the point was to buy some time for the gov’t to wake up!

Then the claims would be gifted or the port authority could buy the claims or route for what was invested in it. The 15 mil. in soil testing? For all to govern & share in the commission of moving oar out of the ring.

The best way & really only fair way would to put a group of stakeholders in change of the RR and have them govern it. This was stated already in press releases.
