The problem is that the focus should not be on the chromite, Cliffs or KWG.
It should be on the Ring as a whole adding to it the surrounding region.

Build the necessary infrastructure and everything else will take care of itself.

BUT to the infrastructures we need a commitment now from the federal government to fork over their share of the costs and not use excuses such as we do not know what is needed or how the money will be spent. The federal government has the most to gain from the east-west road ( cost savings to the communities) so they should make a sizable contribution to that road.

Everybody had years of meetings and negotiations to get things going and what do we have to show for it?

What we have now imho is that present state could have been achieved in one to two years at the most.
