THUNDER BAY – Liberal Leader Kathleen Wynne and New Democrat Leader Andrea Horwath will square off for a one hour Northern Leaders’ Debate on Monday, May 26 2014.
Progressive Conservative leader Tim Hudak has stated he has other priorities that day and will not be in Thunder Bay for the debate.
Live Coverage of the Northern Leaders’ Debate
The event is sponsored by the Northern Policy Institute, and organized in conjunction with the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association (NOMA), Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities (FONOM), Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce (NOACC) and the Northeastern Ontario Chambers of Commerce.
The debate is open to the public with a luncheon beginning at 11:30 and a one hour debate commencing at 12:15pm. Advance registration is required at a cost of $45; register online at www.noma.on.ca/debate.
