I'd rather say that not so much controlled as plain profit taking.
Just a couple of days ago you could buy at 50 cents so now selling at 60 you have a 10 cent differential.
A nice profit for just a few days worth.
And you could have easily sold last month for over 60 cents shares that you held from December from near 15 cents apiece ( almost 4 times over investment).
I happen to think that many of these trades are based on short & mid term trading and many are on a differential of only a few pennies. Large volumes or/and computer controlled trading does that all the time.
On a tiny portion I have done so per above. I do not apologize merely explain again why & what may be happening with many of these trades.
( I am not even a moderate investor or trader, due to lack of funds)
