Message: value of Noront

This is where I have problems following the reasoning behind some of the posts that I see here as to the value of Noront.

As mentionned in my original post, as an accountant, I look at the value of shares based on the possible return a certain investment can produce.

Based on a price of 7.5 cents per share, Noront would have a market cap of $17 million. How can a company that holds title to 10 billion worth of minerals be only worth $17 million?

How do you get to a price of 7.5 cents a share.

(I know there's a lot of arguing on this board and bashing one stock in favour of another etc. - I'm not here favouring one company over another - I'm simply looking at this in an investment frame of mind)
