Good question Tin Man.
If we assume that there will be pollution at some time, then how will it devastate 'their' land?

Do Torontonians complain about Barrie or Oshawa polluting their land? Or how about North Bay about Sudbury?
I do not think so. At most they will point fingers and say 'examples of neglect'.

Perhaps FN are saying that they own the Ring. I do not blame them much because everyone wants to get

what ever they can. However there are lines of reasonableness.

Sapless politicians can not see straight, result in excessive 'consultations' and hence delays.
