Wrong, Non-voters also have a perfect right to complain, more so IF all the candidates are not worthy of support.

An absent vote is as important and perhaps more so than actual vote.

It tells the public that the slate of candidates is not satisfactory for a citizen casting support.

That is a fundamental right of democracy, if I'm not mistaken. ( Am not versed in law, but engineering.)

As for this forum, whom ever gets in matters little. They are finally realizing that the Ring is bigger then their petty differences.

All politicians in Ontario are slowly realizing that the Ring has to be developed. The difference is in the details and timing.
