If Harper waits until 2015 to fork over his billion then it will be very late and perhaps too late to get the credit that he thinks he can get. That money is needed this year and promise of it preferably within the next 60 days when and if the corporation is established by the province.

Many Ontarians will realize that it is late due to poly Ticking and may punish him for it instead of praise.
