I had the same inkling as well about the reason that Patrice decided not sitting in both CLF and Glencore BoDs. She could certainly sit in both, but she would have to excuse herself when some "sensitive" topics (we can guess which topics) were to be discussed. But that would be a waste of her talent and one vote on each board.

Smells like something is cooking.
