What is needed from the Feds is not forking over money, Not Yet, but to make a promise of support just as the Ontario government did.

Ontario has not given any money out of that billion $s promised, And they made the promise without any report with dotted I and crossed Ts. The same is expected from the Feds. They can wait with the $ payment once the detailed report is out. No one would or should complain for that. BUT they should not use an argument for the payment as an excuse for not giving a commitment of support.

That is why I say, pure Poly Ticking. So am ticked off with them, particularly with Harper.
