I'm sure the ruling today for Grassy Narrow..put a bit of a damper on the mood of Fasken Martineau after smacking the greed chops in the BC ruling.
I agree that it appears the Fasken Martineau Lawyer is going OVERBOARD in the BC decsion...
My question is for who?? The lawyer from Fasken is going overboard for whose benefit?
Who is the client??
I've taken a look at the mining companies that Fasken has represented in the past ..and the name that sticks out the most is...Xstrata
