Most of us here have known for about 3 +/-1 years as to what is needed.

Noront has looked at many possibilities and we have discussed each to no end. Some unusual being pipes, barges, dirigibles, hovercraft etc. but came to the conclusion that E/W road first and to be complemented by N/S railway later.
Road for communities to facilitate easy access and cost for people.
Railway is indispensible for chromite transportation and cheaper for our nickel ore, also for what else may develop.

We knew then, yet the bureaucrats to this day still have to debate what and how, financings aside. With the bureaucrats not reaching final conclusions then no wonder why reporters and the media do not know better.
