What ever partnership happens with regard to chromite I still think that Noront nickel ore will go out first.

The only thing of serious consequence that is keeping the nickel from reaching market is lack of necessary infrastructure. I also believe that should any transportation become available the nickel mine would be quicker to build than for chromite. Part of my reaning is that for chromite larger construction would be involved.

Yes I think the permiting for Noront is a given. I can not say same about open pits for chromite ores.

KWG could benefit, permit wise, from underground access by way of Noront ramp to Eagle, and it also means that the ramp would have to exist by that time.

Cliffs, or who ever, who knows. Too much speculation is involved to be certain.
