"and to think someone thought it an appropriate measure"
I did and still do BUT...
What do bureaucrats do best aside from burrying us with bureaucratic regulations?
They breed.
Yes it was a good idea but from what I see now, I have reservations. Looks like they made a wrong turn. Time will tell.
These present members could have been found and appointed in a few days about a year ago and over telephone. Assuming they are what is needed to start. The bureaucratic wheels are turning in molases.
I know squat about forming corporations having only a minor experience in forming small 'Limited' enterprises.
But I expected practical people to have been appointed. At least one member representing native communities and one each from Noront and KWG. Also one seat each reserved, if not appointed now, for the provincial and federal governments.
People with hands on experience and not planners for umpteen years.
Am afraid, sp could visit the low 40s and I expected a rise to about 70 cents at the very least.
