I am accustomed that deposits are a fraction of the total. That is what deposit means according to my limited knowlege.

We can not think in southern Ontario ( or USA ) terms.

I do not know details about camp other than a few photos but the cost to build is way more than it would be in Barrie or Windsor. There is a premium to be paid for getting it to poorly accesible terrain and building it under difficult conditions.
