We can do so almost 'alone' IF we can sell our intentions to someone with deep pockets.
We already have association with Bao and RCF, so one of them, both or even a third party could help us out.
By alone I mean Noront being the front man but much if not most financing coming form someone in the shadow. Bao could be ideal because they need the chromite and part could be a sale of ore as future delivery.
And I do not like the phrase 'moth ball' in our case. Moth balling to me is closing a facility for indefinite time. Noront would not do that. On the contrary their action is to progress with chromite but at later dates.
Also with regard to road, as it was with the pipe, it is a last ditch effort. I think that the east-west road will be built and not entirely by Noront but with Noront as a partner with Ontario government AND even possibly by entirely of Otario.
I do not think Noront will do more drilling for chromite for a few years, except perhaps by accident. They are more likely to drill from the nickel ramp to expand the known body and find chromite in the neighbourhood.
But why do any drilling before the nickel mine is built, producing and providing inflow of cash for that drilling? Profits from the nickel ore I suspect in the first year or two will be used to pay back the cost of mine construction.
Concur, we are on the precipece of big things happening, Cheers, Ed.
