Message: Noront's interest in CLF chromite holdings - A possible reason

If by development is meant the chromite deposits, then 5 to 10 years is a real possibility.
I however consider Noront's nickel mine a start of that development and as I look today I say 2 to 4 years at the maximum. That hinges mostly on the east-west road completion.

Ken you stated Lol. I hope you meant that with full jest.
I consider the pipe a long dead issue.
Present default is that Noront would build the E/W road ( private road for public's use? ).

However I say most profoundly that Noront could help with the funding of the E/W road and it will be built with mostly government money because it is supposed to be a public road. If Noront helps then Noront should be entitled to equivalent compensation, something like tax breaks in the future with regard to transportation or the nickel mine itself.

I am not sweating due to that subject. Cheers Ed.
