Well said DRA.
Note that we get none or relatively none from communities which are likely to benefit because they are close to the Ring or E/W road.

Where we get complaints from is from the ones out of the way of the two areas of current and most immediate interest. They are simply acting like spoiled children who do not have to earn their way but be spoon fed.
