You are so correct and no matter what you do there will still be one to a half dozen in an uproar because they will argue that not enough is provided for them even if they are 200 Km from the Ring. They are used to being spoon fed and not contributing much to their own welfare.

I say that only one has any right to be a member on the board, as for the rest they need to be told that they are barking up the wrong tree and are without proper cause. That is why I say that the governments need to take a leading role in stating what and how much the natives are entitled to.
