Yes I am also confident that is likely to happen but my answer is:
It will happen in some distant future because as things stand now no major will touch the Ring. Exception is that someone sees a great opportunity to aquire on the cheap and is willing to take a huge risk.
Risk is due to both governments after so called 'talks' for many years have not solved the demands of the native communities of the region.
No major investor is willing to risk freezing capital if it is to sit for years behind a blockade, also without a guarantee of basic infrastructures and services.
Did anyone wonder why the graph of a Life of a Mine slumps between discovery stage and operational mine. It is due to problems such as these that are inherent to all mines and the graph represents that.
