I also have not heard it before.
From that audio following quotes re Ring of Kelly Block, parliamentary secretary for Natural Resources:
"not identified as a clear priority by Ontario government"
So Wynne went to Ottawa for tea with Harper and only asked if he knew where Ring of Fire is. (Political speak never ceases to amaze me.)

"we've made significant investments in the Ring of Fire"
Anyone know what those 'significant investments' might be besides funding training of natives for jobs that do not exist?
