IMO there will be no announcement until these clowns get back into the legislature....prime time coverage and don't have to answer direct question. Delaying this until winter rolls in allows them to commit to the $$ but nothing done until fall on next year. Political posturing and timing......welcome to the Libs. They waited until today to start AGAIN discussion with the ONTC..same game plan. Can stand up and announce in legislature they are working on "getting it right" for the ONTC as well....delay, delay, delay. Politics 101.
