RH you may not be aware but our dollar is being suppressed by our own federal Bank.

Excuse given is potential loss of Ontario manufacturing jobs in Ontario if our dollar is not below the green back.

IMHO the true reason is that Harper is being supported by oil companies who want cheap oil to go south of the border.
