when I read your posted article.. I thought this way..

If I was thinking of buying the Cliffs Rof claims.....I certainly would drop out of the bidding circle...or demand a MUCH cheaper price...since the apparent risk ...appears to have severely increased based on this article.

If perfect Noront who has "over accomodated" can't progress ahead...who can.. is what I would be thinking...If I was negotating with Cliffs.?? I'd be asking for a deep deep discount or walk away.
