Excellent article, GM !! Tells it like it is ! The Harper gov't has been stalling the ROF funding. And the current infrastructure money available to all provinces has nothing to do with this special ROF funding which would benefit ALL of Canada.

Harper seems to be still seething over the majority Liberal gov't in Ontario and refuses to help until it means votes in his pocket. He obviously dosn't get it, that votes won't be coming because of this attitude.

Cudos to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and I wish them well in their quest to get fair play for the ROF funding from this out of touch Federal gov't.
