I'm pretty sure that when we looked at documents last winter, we realized that the entire process could take a full year, based on one set of government-published expected timelines. It's only November. Come January 15th of 2015, then I'll start to get annoyed.

And remember that the EA may not actually be approved as submitted. There's a realistic chance that it will be thrown back and need additional work, which could take the timeline until next summer.

To be honest, I'm not holding my breath for work to begin this winter. It would be amazing if it happens, but I'm not going to sit here impatiently and set myself up for disappointment.

On a positive note, again, this is an opportunity to buy more.

This is a classic example of the Long Game.
