Agree but differ with this opinion:
"The only thing truly holding us back is the EA"
No, what is holding us back is an all weather road.
Without the road mine construction is futile.
And obtaining the EA is just same, means little without the road. we would still be waiting.

Well Yes but why should it? I feel that both governments should cover the costs of at least half for the road AND actually full cost is appropriate because they will collect taxes from the operations that will result from the consequences of the road. Those taxes are not to be forked over gratis. Both governments have to earn them. That is why we gave governments.
