1billion provincial is very good

hope the fed bring that much to the table

BUT........

not before the provincial specify where the money will be spend

any other way the tax payer could be on the hook for 1 biilion provincial and

1 billion federal no thank you.

i like noront but not at any cost.

The shame and insult to Ontario may just be wise investing for canada.
