As you say, it is not greed to expect a road and may I say also electrical power, railway, jobs. These are needed and expected by every entity of the region. As Cashin 17 suggests, they will be game changers for all concerned.

However:
"If everyone assured them that this road is a priority it would go a long way in satisfying THEIR needs."
Nope, it is already a priority, lack of funding is the hold back. I do not think that the closest natives to the Ring will be satisfied with only road.

I think they are after much more, like royalties from operations of the mines. And yes, I will call that greed when that request is formally proposed ( I think only implied until now).

And we can not fullfill their needs if we do not have positive cash flow. That is why Ontario is hoping some funds will step in now for a return on investment later.

Present depressed sp may not be the last occurence. Heads up, just wait for the shoes to drop. Be prepared for the worst before dawn.
