The barking rottweillers

Last summer a neighbour of mine..who has two very well trained rottweillers...unleased the hounds.

He had trouble with a neighbour next door and was very happy when the house went up for sale.

During the open house...next door..he watched carefully the folks coming up the walk to see the house.

When prospects walked up to look at the house...he determined if he wanted them as future neighbours. If less desirable ones were walking up...the dogs in the yard were ordered to bark in a frenzied like fashion. Some folks...walked away before even entering the house....

I guess if he wanted to buy the house himself ...and have two houses....he could just keep the dogs snarling...at everyone that walked up to look at the house.
