2. "EA process to allow for final EA approval in 2015"
Ed, with respect:
This one (FS update), was expected by end of October.
Number 2 is out of company's control but the FS delayed that much. What gives? Is it's time line contingent on EA's time line? I suspect not and should not.
Ed:--
I've been posting often on this subject for two plus plus years that the FS timeline schedule' key dependency is the permits, and warning of the consequences of permitting inaction as recently as November 14th. The MD&A update confirms these consequences.
It is my opinion, that:--- here are my "snippets" :)
The Tuesday Mining association--- Rickford speech and plan of action signals the Sea Change that has taken place with the RoF progress to date--
1. The RoF development is now Federally led.
2. Noront and the targeted supporting FN are key beneficial partners, along with the NOT FS plan and the multi member construction team.
3. Ontario was politely invited to get on board and comply with the process.
4. Ontario's self made financial woes are not strategically Pertinent To proceeding with this generational and strategic long term plan.
5. Start small, (Noronts EN FS plan) is endorsed, and Cr development will follow.
6. Today's CLF announcement of an additional $700m loss(on top of the already announced $4.5b loss has resulted in another 50% loss in its market cap. Expect a very accelerated fire sale price for the CLF assets, likely NOT, and a timelined partnerships with obvious potential partners jv partners such as KWG.
7. The necessary start work pre- permits documents will be issued by nov 30th, in order to maintain the integrity of the FS plan which Ontario will approve.
