I would make a few alterations to that fantasy:
"super blimp has a top speed of 160 kilometres per hour, can carry 50 tons of equipment, and can operate in the most extreme weather."
Provided that weather does not include strong winds.
"Moose Factory is on the coast. It has a rail link to southern Ontario."
Long way about (expensive, KWG railway path much cheaper) to get product to southern Ontario. Better to say port to N.American east coast and Europe.
"Hardisty also invited Frank Smeenk"
Wrong guy, he has a competitive railway proposal. Better to invite Noront.
"Wynne accepted. She saw right away that a cheap heavy-lifter could improve food supply, housing, education, and health care for more than 30 small Northern communities without spending billions on roads."
Is it not more in Harper's interest because he is presently funding the costs of food, housing etc to the natives? Would cut Fed expenses big time.
But on the whole, great to see that inovative thinking is not dead in Canada. If only we could put words into practice.
