There wont be any money for social capital without investment from outside. There are community services that go unused and the best social service is giving a young person a job instead of welfare. Jobs in exploration are needed. Yes that is is the best solution(sarcastic) to the suicide problem is more talking and less action from you dummies who have jobs. To many chiefs and councilors living off the youths money spouting angry crap instead of going out and working and deciding quickly. If you listen to FN youth you will hear that they are tired of being singled out and just want some action from leaders, and they are not meaning more negative talking about past.
