So it's High Speed Rail; more EA studies; more FN consulting, and 10-15 more years until actual jobs;-... but only after the (as promised) ON budget is balanced in 2.5 years; And after, of course, receipt of Ontario's "fair share" of transfer payments,--- but not before; And of course we expect the sheep-dummies to believe all this. Ps- today, Canada total job loss for November announced as 10,000. Ontario job LOSS was 38,000. Anybody believe Gravelle?, WYnne?; ....... Anybody? All bets off for current FS timelines of NOT, and at least Next 2+ decades for KWG rail. Anybody still believe these mismanagement incompetents.?? Peter
