So someone else, with help from a Biggie (or biggie alone), can not buy the 70% part from Cliffs?
Your logic escapes me.
I think your wishfull thinking is blinding you to other possibilities.

(If those assets are not sold by the time Noront is producing nickel, Noront will be in best position to aquire that 70%, jmho.)
