At 15:31 he starts taking on 31cents to a total of 52 thousand shares!

Not much but considering how slumed we have been of late re share price and volume, it does warrant notice.

I mean he was taking before everything below 30 and now 31. Desperate or something.

Why the change? someting smells here, and am not complaining much just pointing something worthy of attention.
