290,000 Options with an exercise price of $ 2.09 expire on Dec 11/14.

Of those:

Gregory Rieveley's.....................45,000

Paul Semple's............................45,000

Glenn Nolan's...........................200,000

And soon after on Dec 16/14, 722,000 Warrants priced @ $ 4.00 will

expire. Hopefully that will provide some closure to an ill fated run at

Freewest by Noront. It is hard to believe that full 5 years have passed

since then. As a long time Noront investor I impassively set on my

hands and watched the entire ordeal.

Bad dream at best, a nightmare for some.
