Peter, You are right in that regard that all is, "shovel ready", but I am quite sure there are contracts that have been signed to do this work. If things get postponed as a result of this government foot dragging these contracts may not be fullfilled or at least will get altered at a cost to NOT. I am also quite sure that compensation will have to be payed by the company on these contracts should the road building not happen at all this winter. I think there is a lot at stake and time is of the essence. the deputy
