Am afraid nothing substantial will be done untill next December and a whole year will be wasted. (Do not take my word to the bank, I know nothing about road construction in far north.)

Now or during much of 2015 they could clear trees and maybe level out some ground with permit in hand but serious work will probably be left for next freeze up so that heavy machinery could easily traverse the road path.

That is why I was insinuating that road permit had to be delivered before end of this year. I do not have much hope of that.
