I think the question here BigD is if the company knows it is dangerously close to being bought out do they sell their ROF assets separartely at a specific price, or do they incorporate it in their assumed worth as a whole. I think the later of the two options would please their shareholders more, as well as help recoup the money they paid for the ROF assets better than the fire sale we are all led to believe is about to happen; change of mind. I think Hebe is right, if Cliffs keeps struggling to stay afloat for very much longer then they may be close to throwing in the towel, especially with Casablanca at the helm.
