Many longs do not bother to post here but not for the reason you imply. They have invested as far as they need at fairly decent price and are waiting for results. There is not much that can be said once that is done.
What you have stated is an opinion. So here is mine.

I believe that both governments and the natives all want this to go. The problems are with lack of compromise from each for various reasons.
While I do blame the natives for delays I do not blame them for wanting what is best for them.
Same goes for both governments.
But the most basic and factual truth ( not just an opinion) about Noront ( we should be speaking here about NOT and not the Ring in general) is that it has a great resource in the Eagle's Nest which can not be denied, merely as we see just delayed.

And it will not take to wait for the next generation and laughingly, grand children ( be a bit more realistic).
Noront's Eagle's Nest will see results in a maximum of five years and could be in production in three. What problems it had have mostly gone away now.
Yes, we were three years away some five years ago, so it is a valid argument that we have been delayed but comparing us now with five years ago, we have made significant progress.
All, natives and governments are begining to realize that if they are inflexible this could be delayed into infinity and I do not believe all of them are that foolish.
What you state imo applies mostly to the Ring as a whole, namely chromite related, and not to Noront.

I am also mostly invested and waiting and am just playing in small share amounts to keep in touch with what is or is not going on.
Frustrated but still optimistic, Ed.
