Today's trading ends 20 trading days averaging period for NOT for the purpose

of establishing price for loan interest payment. Without Volume Weighting and

ignoring foreign exchange value of CAD the average price of Noront is $ .28.

If RCF opts for payment in shares instead of cash they will receive some

1.27 Million shares plus or minus 50K in the next two weeks.

Needless to say that is very disappointing since I felt that the trend following second

quarter issuance of 518,000 will continue. Total miss on my part.
