Hey I am as delusional as probably anyone here, but I do not expect 20 bucks any more because as you point out, share dilution so 20 of yester year is not 20 of today. ( Full disclosue here of my delusion.)

Imagine that, certifiable?, lol.

However today I expect 5 dollars and hope for as much as 10 for a short time.

No it is not due to future chromite developments, nor our land hold but due to the richness of our nickel ore. Note that I do not claim Size of the nickel ore deposit as the reason.
