yes a proposal, and with some research, i believe you will see, these are the guys that cliffs wanted to get the railroad going, which would of ended up at the top end of the ring, where their 100% interest in chrome would of been railed

not the kwg/cliffs claims, only cliffs, with kwg and the rest at a much later future date

i hope im wrong, but im thinking this old proposal is something cliffs, provincial gov, and the first nation friends of the government wanted. to help cliffs, like the subsidies, and such

but i believe kwg railway proposal would serve the communities around the ring better, the owners of the mines better, as well as ontario

this old proposal i believe is being orchestrated by the provincial gov, to put pressure on the feds to come up with a billion dollars

hopefully next week, the feds let all stake holders and the provincial gov, know exactly what will be going on
