Of course the mayor of Timmins is in favour of the idea, why would he not.
What I like about that article is:

"Mushkegowuk is ready to work with TGR Rail Canada Ltd. to build a new rail link, connecting coastal communities and then to the Ring Of Fire mining project."

That means that this link to the Ring is not given up. I was afraid that because they could not buy the Ontario Northland they would tuck in their tail and go home.
As I said before it is welcome to have an alternate route should the Mattawa region ( more logical and practical imho ) flunk out.
And if Ontario does apply for the Fed money in reasonable time and in the way they want to then things are looking much brighter.

OK sp, Do Your Thing. with this still in play no need to slide down but perhaps slide up.
