Sum, we discussed this a long while back.

I think the conclusion then was Nothing, because Bao's interest was not in making profit on the stock's shares but to assure themselves a source of supply of desirable metals, that being nickel and copper ( PMs being just a bonus).

They bought enough shares to put their foot in the door of anyone doing something funny without their knowlege or approval. To them it does not matter who develops the Ring's nickel ore but that part of the metal gets delivered to them when production is achieved.

If they were concerned about RCF then they would aquire more than the basic 10%. They would have to match RCF's aquisitions. Not necessarily share per share but at least one per their two. This to make RCF come to Bao for approval and not be able to do a run around.

I think Bao is content with dealing with RCF provided source of supply is assured. That does not look good for the rest of us as you suggest Sum, because between them they could have a majority of shares and dictate take over price.

Therefore it behooves us to buy those cheap shares to keep them from those potentailly controlling hands.

My reaction is if price drops I buy, rises a bit I sell, and repeat. Thus I make them pay for dropping the price and I have most of the time a few bucks ready and waiting. (No I do not have enough dough to really make them pay a lot, am just a small investor with fingers in many pies.)
