Somewhat dry initially , but speaker is highly articulate and seems to have a keen understanding of First Nations expectations regarding the potential socioeconomic benefits of Resource projects. (Speaker has a consulting company which strives to assist those stakeholders to manage expectations as to which goals are realistic, and to assist companies to interpret/implement "Duty to Consult" obligations ). Briefly talks about the R.O.F. starting at the ~15:00 minute mark, but does not mention specific companies involved.
