This is the cost of borrowing when you have no other options. NOT could have attempted to go to the market to raise $15 million but they didn't want to dilute. I expect that NOT thought things we have got better quicker and they could raise the money they needed before the loan became convertible. It didn't happen that way. Over the last year plus we would have been fleeced if we had went to the market with a pp for $15 million. So instead we give RCF their interest each quarter and I'm sure at each RCF management meeting someone is asking when they are going to see a return on their high risk investment and the ones that pitched this deal squirm a bit. Everybody holding shares in this company wants to see it take off.
